By the way (if someone could tell Hillary's Willie, please) if you don't
inhale you'd better smoke no indian hemp at all.
It's in vain, useless, makes no sense at all and only proves that the person
who tells this is a liar.
P. is deeply ironic here (and very funny imo) and skillfully playing with
the "contemporary" knowledge of his readers.
