Yes, if "you" are ABSOLUTELY sure that you have got the right "address". But 
then your intelligence services must be much, much better.
I heard this morning in radio that a man from Iran who was in custody prior 
to deportation in Germany, wanted to warn the American authorities and also 
said that the attacks will happen this week. But nobody took him for serious.
