How do you presume to know what the Northern Alliance has offered?  Or waht 
Israel has offered?  Or that the US would reject offers of assistance?  If 
you truly had such inside information I doubt you'd be offering it to this 
forum.  Your analysis below is as arrogant as the picture you wish to paint 
of the US.  How dare you?
