The devil is in the details. We can argue about what the Republicans
did, the impeachment, the Lewinsky matter, the press...and of course
Clinton had successes too, but this article is, I believe, a fair and
balanced assessment of Clinton's problems, mistakes, in the second term.

George W. Bush, as Paul noted, is not up to the task, but the men around
him are. 
I don't have any idea what the task is yet, but fact that B52s have been
readied on Diego Garcia hints that there will be heavy carpet bombings
first. Where? Iraq? Afghanistan? Pakistan?  Sudan? Yemen? Boston? Vero
Beach Florida? All or none of these? Who can say?
