Thanks, this not only explains a smudged pencil
scribble in the margin of the batter'd xerox of Chs. 2
& 3 I've been taking ev'rywhere with me these past few
weeks, it does so far better than I would ever have
been capable of.  Sorry, foax, this has been so
prolonged, but I'm finally shedding secondary texts
like a losing game of Strip Botticelli, all I need now
is a good, fast connection and a few uninterrupted
hours.  Thanks for bearing with me, as I, at least, a
veritable plague of technical difficulties and other
frustrations aside, have been really enjoying this ...
