John,

"Co-operation" was not meant as an indictment.  The passengers and crew of 
those planes did not know they were collateral-bomb-cargo.  But those who 
went down on Penn knew they would be via cell phone info.  Until those calls 
no passenger or crew thought an hijacker would have such an objective.  But 
once those few passengers knew, they took self-sacrificing action.  I love 
them.

As for the fighter plane shoot-down rumors, I think the cell phone 
conversations w/ spouses shoot down those rumors.
