Yes, quite right. Mapping the tangent line in Delaware took them until Dec.
1764, which is when they went off to Lancaster Town. (340.5) Chs 32-33 cover
a full year.

No, obviously the season did not officially begin, but spring weather came,
as indicated in the text.

It's to do with spring, that's certain enough. I'm yet to be convinced it
