What the Bible does or doesn't say was never really the point to this thread
(although it is a valid consideration in the whole picture). The point was
really about angels and theology/history, what are the historical lines of
thought re. these beings, and "heresy" is as valid in this regard as
anything. As I said in my first post responding to Terrance, "But then
again, what does orthodoxy have to do with anything anyway? This is
Pynchon."
Do people become angels after they die? Does a bell ring every time an
angel earns his/her/its wings? How many can dance on the head of a pin?
