NP: How do you define racism?

These T-shirts use racial stereotypes (which the article points out) similar 
to the Atlanta Braves logo and "chopping" gestures.  It's pretty simple.  
Are all racial stereotypes offensive?  No.  Offense is a very subjective 
thing.  Remember the Taco Bell chijuajua?  Some people were offended, some 
thought it cute.  Sensitivity and predeliction for offence vary.

And, yeah, I don't think fascist have a good sense of humor either.
