Massacre in a German School

Yet to have a school-yard massacre in New Zealand, although in the early
nineties we had a soldier-of-fortune type run amock in his local community,
killing 13, and we've had a couple of insane guys murder half a dozen in the
last decade.

Britain had that massacre in a primary school. Was that Dunblaine?
Depressingly, it is hard to keep up.
