NP my anti-Catholicism

I do believe the papacy runs a political agenda, as it has openly done
through history, but this is the only pertinent course of action to sustain
the legitimacy of it as an insititution--in a way, it explicitates the need
for a papacy in a global, trans-Christian context. And as we all know, it is
more often than not that justifications used are merely excuses, excuses,
and more excuses for the inexcusable...
On the other hand, whoever said political PC maneuvers, such as affirmative
action today, are any prettier? It seems everyone is quid pro quoing, and
that as a result, a lot of people are capable of sleeping soundly, as if
real or convincing amendments had been made.
What´s done is done.
