Why don't you let Terrance speak for himself (if you think that's
important), I was addressing him in that post.

But for me it's ok that *you* ask. My answer: serious scholarly discussion
about literature sometimes requires a little bit of "jargon". Why don't you
criticise Terrance who says one has to be a Gnostic specialist to understand
Pynchon in full. And I like non-jargoned posts as well, if they're serious
(like David's posts for example), even NP's.
