>Finally, what's so curious about losing your time in Bowery?
The Bowery was where the bums and winos loiter.

>Stuff with zipper on it: Women unwilling to talk to sewer workers? And
>how exactly may this explain the other guy's penis size?
I think the "stuff" they are refering to is "pussy." If the pussy has a
zipper on it I think that means it's closed up tight. The shortness of the
guy's penis was implying that it had been cut off by the zipper.
>3) Sewer hands favourite rejoinder [p. 121]
>Your mind is in the sewer: Who do sewer workers address when using this
>sentence?
Each other, since all their minds (and the rest of their bodies) are
literally in the sewer. The slang term "mind in the sewer" means
"dirty-minded," or lascivious.
>And why does it explain their fascination in the Fairing-Veronica
>"unnatural relationship"?
Beastiality is pornography, thus an attraction to a dirty mind.
