It's just a little bleeding on your FM dial. 

What you're hearing is in fact just static from "Radical" talk-radio.
When the host is on the canvas he kicks at a weak argument, softens it
up with low blows and rabbit punches... a few   uppercuts to the groin.
He  crawls to his corner and sends  in his plug-ugly to wipe up the
canvas.  While the guy being "counterpunched" tries to defend himself
with clean English style,  the host pulls out Brewer's Dictionary of
Phrases and Fables and starts banging again. 

Put on your high heel goulashes it's not party time
