"One last remark," resumed Mr. O.G. Knotagin, "I was going to say, I
wish to make one last explanation, that is I wish to offer Mr. O.G.
Knotagin would not have intruded on business hours, having been in
business and though the Charity business is equally business call it
what you will and business habits are just the same as witness Mr. O.G.
Knotagin himself here before you who wore his shirtsleeves and wingtips
to bed and never left the house without two dozen business cards and
never returned home before midnight his cards passed out to prospective
clients all the day and evening-would not have intruded without a motive
which being kindly meant it may be hoped will be kindly taken as more
Charity-as-usual-like than legal in purport."

Following Mr. O.G. Knotagin's remarks Bleeding Heart List was in
consternation, as his grim family lawyer cruised in its archives;
haranguing the inhabitants on their backbiting and backsliding in
respect to payments due and respects warranted, demanding that the bonds
of brotherhood be paid in full, nailing up notices to quit and executing
all manner of demands on malingers, running down defaulters and fault
finders, posting binders and reminders, sending a swell of swollen heads
in terror before him, and leaving nothing but good will and Charity in
his wake. Knots of Bleeding Hearts, impelled by a fatal attraction,
lurked from behind any machine in which he was known to be, searching
for fragments of his discourse to the most prolific bleeders; and when
he was rumored to be sending a message, often could be seen at the
machines, not able to disperse so quickly but that he would be
prematurely in among them, demanding their own arrears, call them in to
testify, to cry real tears. And the owners of Bleeding Heart List? What
were they up to? Mr. O.G. Knotagin's family lawyer would not hear of
excuses, complaints, wouldn't hear of repairs and expenses, wouldn't
hear of anything but Charity & Interest & Principal & Principle paid
timely and in full.

Mr. O.G. Knotagin's family lawyer has drafted a Letter of Credit and
Intent (LOCI). This letter contains the signatures of well over 5,000
mental health care professionals. Mr. O.G. Knotagin's family attorney is
well connected at the INS and he has proof that some Bleeders are now
harboring Foreigners.
