Just a note --
I know that this is hardly the cream of academia, and really the result of
the obsessive compulsive nature of fandom than any real literary leaning,
but I have finally put together a section on Pynchon and Film:
http://www.TheModernWord.com/pynchon/pynchon_film.html
Thanks to everyone on the List who have helped out with their postings,
commentaries, obscure discoveries, lists of resources, and so on. I have
tried to credit people by name where appropriate, and of course, Richard
Lane's work was indispensable.
If anyone has any comments, criticisms, corrections or additions, feel free
to contact me off-List. If anyone wishes to send me books of porn crammed
with marijuana, feel free to do that as well.
Also, please consider again submitting commentary for the Pynchon criticism
section.... I know some of you have things to say!
Thanks, as usual,
--Quail
