MDMD: Schwarzkommando alert & The Ghastly Fop

The way the Schwarzkommando burst into GR and become characters after first
appearing in a work of imagination within GR's fictional frame, reminds me
of the way the Ghastly Fop breaks into M&D; it's also similar to the way
that Takeshi breaks out of his Japanese sci-fi film presence to become an
active character in Vineland.
