It is a dilemma that I've thought about. Ideally completely ignoring him
will remove his motive: attention at any cost. If I don't even read his
posts I won't be tempted to be drawn into his "all about Doug" game. He
will seek out our attention in whatever way he can get it, and answering him
at all just feeds his Jones. He's already got free reign here to be as
idiotic as he wants, and he's proven to be completely without shame. So I
say let's just cut off his supply of attention.
