Well, I'm going to jump in now to ask you ALL to cut
it out.  Unfortunately, the best chapters for me to
host always seem to be scheduled at the worst times
for me to host them, but ... but having to hack my way
through all this every time open my inbox isn't
helping any.  I've just a few notes left that I'd
really like to post, and I'm going to try to knock 'em
off by Monday morning, maybe a little follow-up
if/when things quiet down over the next week or so. 
But I may not be able to get much past this gentle
request in the very near future, so ...
