MDMD drugs and nature religion

I loved the term _Psychoactive Sacramentals_ in the seventies, but I prefer
to see it the other way round today: religion is opium for the people, and I
don't take opiates, cocaine, hallucinogens or attend religious services,
discotheques or other drug-related parties anymore.

If drugs are a way to heaven, and I don't doubt that the subjective
impression of this being "true" may be really authentic in some cases, they
can lead to hell too, and we all know this *is, has been and will be*
definitely true in many individual cases.

Given the use TRP makes of various substances in M&D, I thought some of you
might be interested in this post from the MAPS list today. I believe
TRoberts is Tom Roberts, editor of a recent book called _Psychoactive
Sacramentals_, which I recommend to anybody who is interested in the
subject of entheogens.
