mailing list paranoia

Well, but who transferred the p-list archives? There should be someone 
bearing a legal, or a minimally moral responsibility for this. And yes, the 
privacy is an issue, and a very real one-- I wouldn´t term it paranoia, 
rather, it seems to be a very reasonable concern.
