the n-word and stuff

interesting links.
i couldn't but notice that the frontpage people take a weird stand on
"white trash". i know a lot of "white trash", lived with a bunch of
"white trash", and their use of the "n-word" sure wasn't as disturbing
and racist to me (and i am mixed) as were some of the definitive statements some
college students and educated people made about black people. pound
the "white trash", it's ok. don't use the "n-word", write
pseudo-scientific or pseudo-cultural jimbo to hide what you really
mean and you'll get away with murder. or lynching for that matter.

may i suggest "the redneck manifesto"? not directly related to our
subject (what is our subject anyway?), but worth reading.
