Barbara - I believe you're the one who'd be the acne plagued teenage boy who
is Doug's alter ego or perhaps even his deserved juvenile 'éminence grise'
influencing and thus explaining some of the babble coming forth from that
source but above all by your own admission you haven't even read  M+D or any
other of Pynchon's works so why do you insist and continue to talk of things
you know nothing of and continue showing off your ignorance and stupidity in
these matters  -- have you no shame or some sense of self using the cover of
the book as your sole source for your inane comments now and I'm sure in the
future.
