warchalking

I am terrifically intrigued. What exactly is warchalking. And if it is, and 
if it, and: am I allowed to warchalk myself. And what exactly am I chalking 
myself into?

I pledge eternal, slavish, pink-chalk love to whoever gets this down on 
paper for me, because I am (sincerely)afraid of passing over what seems to 
be a neu Kilroy-was- here fad.
