specific!
On another note, I'm fishing for ideas for some light summer reading. I
hate to bring it up, but I just completed a grad course on Holocaust
education and feel pretty bleak and exhausted so I really mean light! For
example, something like Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy is not "beneath my
discriminating literary tastes" as they say. Suggestions might even be
useful to others on the list and could provide a distraction from the oh so
intellectual spats that seem to be firing up again.
Books better than Oprah recommends but "easier" than Ulysses (get it?) I
know all of you out there have stuff in mind that you might not otherwise
admit to on this list and I'm sure most of them are real gems. Use a
psuedonym if you have to. "No Fun" is a good one.
