Donald Foster Fallible!

You may recall that Donald Foster is the "literary sleuth" who, in his book
Author Unknown, claims to have discovered the actual identity (not Thomas
Pynchon) of Wanda Tinasky.

In the article linked below, Ron Rosenbaum reports on Foster's recent
retraction of his attribution of a poem to Shakespeare. There's a brief
rehash of the Tinasky story, and a reference to Foster's work for the FBI.
It turns out that one of Foster's recent assignments involves investigating
the anthrax letters. (Perhaps Foster will conclude that their source was
karma and then go on with his life.)
