Jbor has, for the most part, illustrated how one can take a critical
stance which does not rely on political animus as its premise. This
does not make jbor a Scrubby cultist, but rather, a progressive
"pragmatist", a becoming cut, I might add.....

I take issue with Jbor's comments about Gore losers crying in their
farina

a) because it cheapens his otherwise rational position

b) because it too overlooks the fact that objections on priciple to
Bush are motivated, at least at this address, by far greater
concerns, of which the Florida "mugging of democracy" merely a
symptom......

The Bushes, regardless of how you feel about Millison's objections,
really ARE bad people, to the core (for a brief overview see:

http://www.mediafilter.org/MFF/BushFamilyPreys.html

or

http://www.motherjones.com/news_wire/bushboys.html)

........and I say this as someone who actually considered Poppy a
viable candidate back in 1980, and who was anxious to cast a vote
for Senator McCain - not because I agree with him on most of his
conservative positions, but because he had the fundamental
qualities that I prefer to see in my "leader"....

Is it possible for Milllison to dampen his enthusiasm for branding
others as Bush fanatics, while Jbor takes another peek at what
informs those of us who believe that he and his siblings should be
rotting in a dank dark cell?
