GR 716.23: Beethoven's Fifth

Apologies if this has been posted, but I can't recall seeing it anywhere.

I just reread _GR_ and noticed something I previously missed in the
"Krupp wingding."  At 716.23 we read, "Bodine in a light singsong 'le-pro-sy
[down a third to] loaf'."   Pig's surely singing these words to the tune
of the opening motif from Beethoven's Fifth Symphony.  Who'd'a' thunk it?
