I saw a couple copies of the M&D hardcover remaindered for $5.99 at the 
local Borders this week.  I don't know if other stores have any.

The same Borders did not have any copies of the current NYT No.1 bestseller 
_Stupid White Men_ on display.  The clerk said there might be some in the 
storeroom! Makes one think Moore's seeming paranoia about the availability 
of his book has a basis in reality.
