Howdy

You should get ahold of maps at a large scale of southeastern England
and London, of northwestern Poland, of Germany and Berlin, of Holland.
These should be maps that show rail lines as well as roads, rivers,
forests and mountains, etc etc. The old National Geographic maps are
good, and xerox well. Perhaps you have access to good historical maps
at a university library?
