 *** movie-artist billy wilder, 95 years old, died in the night to thursday in 
 los angeles. of his works i love especially "the major and the minor" [1942] 
 and - my alltime favourite - "some like it hot" [1959]. asked how it had been 
 to work with marilyn monroe in this particular film wilder once said: "it was  
 like the second world war: hell yet - after all - worth while". tschüss billy,
