NP - George Bush? He's nice but dim, says crown prince

Is the prince perhaps implying Bush is ignorant of Arab
interpretations of what has happened in Palestine recently?

'The prince proves himself to be a master of the art of
damning with faint praise, saying of Mr Bush that "he
listens and debates politely, but was not fully informed
about the real conditions in the region, especially the
conditions suffered by the Palestinian people".'

I wonder if the Israelis would say the prince is ignorant
of the plight of the Israelis.  Does the prince elaborate
elsewhere about what conditions Bush is ignorant of and
does he have evidence of these conditions?  Do the Israelis
contest this evidence with their own evidence?
