Yes. Wives would tell their husbands that with reference to things 
around the house that irritated them. Noisy children. Blah food. Daytime 
drinking. Not an appropriate expression for husband to use on wife, 
however. Husband would have to say, would you LIKE to deal with it--or 
more likely merely promise to improve.
