modern japanese horror

       "Spiral" deserves attention , but I prefer "Ring" by Hideo Nakata. This 
story about the Tube , which kills (with the help of VCR and some supernatural 
stuff) , started new trend in Japanese horror and "Spiral" is some kind of 
spin-off (there are "Ring 2" and "Ring 0" as well , by the way).Nakata is ready 
with the new film "Dark waters" , but I haven't seen it yet. I hope he is in 
good surreal form.
