Again, Keith, a caveat, even the inimitable Charles
Hollander does not quite claim to have exhasuted Mr.
Pynchon's Wond'rous Texts with the ol' Magic Eye. 
Ceratinly I've never made any similar claims.  So the
first question is, who are you talking/complaining/er,
bitching to/about/at here?  Secondly, surely, those
texts are doing a whole buncha things all at once,
whetehr or not their author intended them to do so. 
What's being missed/neglected/suppressed/whatever here
that you, for example, might kindly bring to our
attention?  No, sorry, I'm not a fan of my tone right
now, either, but I'm trying to be polite, trying to
say anything BUT put up or shut up.  'Cos I don't want
anybody to shut up.  But I woudl like them to put up
from time to time if they're gonna complain about
anybody/anything else here.  Much appreciated being
let in on that Chemical Wedding/Lord 'n' Lady Lepton
thhing a while back, for example.  Thank you much. 
Definitely there.  Question are, why, and to what
effect, but ... but if you want something addressed,
by all means, address it, esp. if you've no
expectation thet somebody else will.  Me, I'm just
whippin' cupcakes @ the ceiling, to see what sticks,
but ... but I better get to whippin', so ...
