Question on Palliser's "The Unburied"

[The Great Quail]

I am updating Spermatikos Logos....adding a ³Pynchon News² section and doing
a few general updates. A while back, someone told me that Pynchon blurbed
Palliser¹s ³The Unburied,² but I cannot find any evidence of this on the
book jacket. 

Does anyone know if this is true? And if so, does anyone have the text of
the blurb? If so, please email me offlist.
