The latter, not the former.  Although I wouldn't be
surprised if I somehow missed something in TTODB.  But
again, I've had unusual difficulty getting hold of
even the most obvious materials this time around. 
Esp. if I actually own a copy, as it turns out.  I
gotta get organizized.  In the meantime, I'm off to
The Windy City to see, among other things, J-L
Godard's Germany Year 90 Nine Zero (which I missed on
its one screening here a decade ago or so) and the
very wonderful St. Etienne.  Had hoped to knock off
something substantial this morning, but, well, if I
hustle, I can hit a coupla matinees as well, so ...
