Things don't so much get "decided" as they just sort
of happen, and people either go along with it or they
don't, is all. A posteriori "democracy," at best, so
... so me, I'm perfectly willing to acquiesce on this
one, but then again, I'll throw my two cents in on
just about anything and everything, so ...

... and of course you don't need to sign up to
participate, but, once you sign on to host, you are
kinda sorta EXPECTED to. Get the ball rolling, at
least. I semi-fluffed that one myself already, of
course, ca. M&D Ch. 50, but ... but if any new
arrivals out there check out the archives for role
models, for God's sake, whatever you do, don't follow
in my footsteps. That way lies madness ...
