Pagination

A quick question: is the pagination to the Little,
Brown (cloth), Bantam (paper) and the current Back Bay
Press (paper) editions of Slow Learner the same?  I
think the L.B and B eds. are the same, have 'em both,
at any rate, and I believe BBP (the currently
available ed.) is a L.B imprint, so ... so thank God
(or whoever) that M&D hasn't been shuffled around a la
Gravity's Rainbow and The Crying of Lot 49 ...
