Any Rand

You know I did a reading of rand with Mike Doughty and we brought the
house down. and I'm talkin a house full of soft skulls. maybe it was the
fact that we told them we were reading excerpts from a thomas pynchon
novel. i don't know. well. we did change the names to protect the
innocent and i made  pig grunts and oinks while mike babbled on for a
while in a language we made up one night while drunk in argentina. there
was one guy, maybe it was you dave, he stormed out of the place. after
the gig he came up to me with a copy of v. and started babbling in a
language i couldn't understand, mostly academic jargon and a little
french i thing. boy, the guy was a total wreck. eventually the cops were
called and they hauled him off in a canvas overcoat.
