Says Twain 150 years ago, 19th Century. No reason to feel bad at the moment,
but be careful: every empire is doomed to fall one day and arrogance,
injustice, double standard and false allies inevitably will accelerate the
process. The question is if the peak has been reached already?

As the proverb says:
