Trust my instincts. I'm a nighttime cabdriver. Like others I have caught him
telling lies about list members several times. He has lost all credibility.
Wait for the offlist-posts you will get soon and decide yourself.

Exactly what Terrance has said about Doug, again and again and he's right in
it. I trust David (and like him very much 'though he can be a little harsh
sometimes -- if he would call me an asshole I would consider it as a medal
of honour), Dave Monroe, Paul, Terrance, Kai, Robert, MalignD and many
others who over the years have expressed their anger about Doug's attempts
to control the list, and like Terrance I don't understand Dave's support of
Doug, who is a zealot and fundamentalist. Do you remember St. Clair's post
about the list? That's Doug's kind. Remember your own reaction.
