NP - Five?

How long does one have to participate to be considered "core" and not 
(horribly!) a "lurker" or a "once-in-a-blue-mooner".  I talk to/listen to you 
entities every single day and though not for many weeks, at least with 
thorough consistency.  Tell me when I'm in, please, or advise me of the 
proper hazing I must suffer before being accepted.
