NP - Five?

Can we start SLSL a couple days early - not to put Dave on the spot - but we've had a few too many days of fighting lately without the distraction of an actual text around here... One positive thing - I learned to use the block/delete sender feature and no longer have to hear from Barbara. I ought to search the archive first, but I am pretty sure that Barbara has never made a text related post - oh except for all those M&D posts where she commented on the text based on list remarks. Barb, read the book, it's good. If you're not here to read the novels and discuss, then what are you here for? Don't answer - not only do I have you blocked, but I know the answer.

Elaine, I am sure you will exist on the P-list once we start SLSL and you can put to use those trips to Barnes and Nobles... save yourself the trouble and get a used copy for bus money... http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/stores/offering/list/-/0316724432/all/ref=dp_pb_a/002-8996497-1122414

I've been reading Hopscotch by Julio Cortazar with another p-lister. Great book - published in 1963 (same year as _V._) and has many similarities. If anyone else wants to jump in, send a note off-list - I'd recommend the book to anyone who enjoyed V.

And Dave - You sent a radio station link, but didn't see you on the schedule - I'll tune in, but when?

Cheers,
Sam

I believe I exist both on and off the P-List. But I'd hate to demand you verify this since there seems t be a great deal of confusion about who does and does not. It would make me extremely sad to find I do not exist after all.
