A neat twist, PR spin is nothing new --  The Europeans who came to America
have always managed to find a way to blame their genocide of Native
Americans on the victims.   As they spill over the borders in their own
imperialism project, the Americans continue to  practice this technique.
Blame the victims.  Tell it to the weddin guests in Afghanistan.
