 °° reminds me of that recent press-confererence where colin powell was asked   
   whether the usa will change their climate-policy. powell answered that he    
   does not understand the question because "even in this policy-field the usa  
   are the world's leading nation." when the journalists took a laugh, powell   
   was kind of indignant.

   one day it'll rain in california....
