I'm not pushing the Bush agenda. I'm only speculating
about what I think will happen. I think an escalation
of the War is imminent and inevitable given the
current state of affairs. I'm confident that Bush
will get the support of the US Congress. I'm also
confident that he will put together a coalition and
attack Iraq. I think he will get a new government in
Iraq. He will twist arms, pay-off, make deals to pay
for the War. He has a deal with China, Russia, France,
Saudi Arabia, Packistan, Turkey, Italy, Germany (yes
he has a deal with Germany), Canada, Mexico, Japan,
Etc. Some involve money. Some debt relief, oil
contracts, conflicts--Russia, China, Turkey.

Bush is going to bomb the hell out of Iraq. That's my
Perdiction.

It may seem that I'm agreeing with Bush because I'm
not fooled by the Democrat/Liberal argumet that says
that this War is not about WMD. It is about WMD. this
is the world we have been living with for some time.
We live with the rocket and we live with the death
instinct.
On this much I agree with Pynchon, there is nothing we
can do about it. But we might be saved by some weird
shit. Like what happens in VL when Reagan saves us.
Great thing about a Pynchon novel, Reagan saved us!
W is a lot like RR so you never know. It would be very
funny if he mispronounces a word and the world is
saved from his kill the evil guys plans but I don't
expect that happen outside of fiction.
