questions to them.

Also did private investigations. It seems that
the book is for the time being available only
in Norway. The Norwegian online bookshop Gnist
http://www.gnist.no/visartikkel.php?id=41
seems to accept e-mail orders too. You have
to register first with Norwegian instructions.
