Equal (and opposite) air time: How the Middle East sees this war

Don't be so hard on poor Proz. His title reads fair and square: How the
Middle East sees this war. He's just the messenger. Who knows what his
beliefs are or what he's up to with all his wild articles, but I appreciated
this one. It is good to know how other people see things. Muslims hate Jews.
It's a fact of life, and it will take a long time to die out.  My Iranian
ex-father-in-law had a Jewish business associate back in the day who'd he'd
have to butter up on tea and cakes once in a while in his home. Of course
they let him inside--after all there's  money to be made--and they served
him the very best. But when the man left, my mother-in-law picked up his
dishes with a tissue and washed them ceremoniously seven times. Apparently
that rids them of their "najess" cooties.  When I first heard the story I
asked alarmed if they were gonna do that to me, being Christian, who are
much dirtier than Jews--I mean we don't even require circumcision! But I was
assured no, Christians are cool; it's just Jews and dogs that drool.
I have a Jewish boyfriend now, and Heaven knows what all the fuss is about,
but it's still good to know how other people see things.
