Hey bro, I just asked the question. It wasn't rhetorical. If I
knew the answer I wouldn't have asked. From my state of
ignorance I would suggest, however, that given the current
state of affairs- from an Iraqi perspective- the oil market works
the way the Anglo-Americans want it to work, or it doesn't
work at all. But, we shall see, shan't we.
But the Iraqi perspective you imagine is blind to the world market and
how it works.
Even assuming such a limited perspective there is no justification for
that point of view because the Anglo-American coalition does not control
the production/supply/price of Iraqi oil.
